Seriously!

It takes a certain level of maturity to not take things too seriously, to see the lighter side of life.

It takes a certain amount of strength to not take things too seriously, to be able to laugh at one's downfall, and move on with life.

Seriousness is boring.

It takes a certain level of intelligence to not sound serious, to make people happy, and what is more important in life, than the happiness of the closed ones around you.

Therefore, it takes a certain amount of selfishness, to be so serious all the time, for you want respect for yourself, more than you want happiness for your closed ones.

Are you serious about what you are writing? If you are, then you are boring(according to your theory).

If you are not, then you are not respecting whoever that drops by to read your post.

In life, you got to be serious about what you value and what you want. For example, if you feel that making the closed ones around you is important for you, then you should be serious about doing it, and not just think about it. So seriousness is not that wrong. It's just that one shouldn't be too sensitive.

Be serious about what you value. As for the rest of the matters, enjoy the show that the world is putting up for us. When it's time for you to take to the stage, be serious about your role!

perhaps u r too serious abt wat i write, or wat u read.... u r being too logical abt wat i write, or wat u read... some things are felt with the heart, not thought out by the mind...

I ain't gona play logic wif u, cos u r treating it too seriously, and yes, i do not want pple to read my posts too seriously.... bcos if u read my posts too seriously, u'll neva get the meaning....

I like your arguments. When people point out flaws in your arguments, just say that they were not getting your meaning in the first place. This argument is great because you can always say that anyone who doesn't agree with you is not using her heart to try to interpret your meanings.

My dear fren, since when did i say one shouldn't be serious abt wat one values and wat one wants. Have you really been listening? Do you really think that's what I was saying?

"Seriousness is boring."

I'm just pointing out when seriousness is not boring, and even endearing. And if you agree with me on that, then it's not selfish to be serious after all, ain't it?

u seriously dun get my meaning of seriousness...

we seriously aren't talking abt the same 'seriousness'

I dun argue for every case of seriousness...

There is almost no theory in this world that stands for every case..

Perhaps you really are being too serious, when you read the stuff

So, which seriousness are you talking about? It doesn't seem to me you were not talking of all forms of seriousness when you made the sweeping statement of "seriousness is boring".
